lg lte vzw exclusive Exclusive: future LG Android phone for Verizon sports LTE

We were just handed this image with very little detail other than the fact that we're looking at "a future LG high end Android phone for Verizon," but we can deduce a few things: one, and perhaps most notably, you can just barely make out an LTE logo toward the bottom of the back. That likely makes this one of the six-odd LTE phones Verizon has publicly said are slated for the first half of next year. Secondly, it's got an HD camera of some sort -- probably indicating either 720p or 1080p capture -- and finally, it appears to have a huge, mirrored display and possibly a front-facing cam in the upper right. Looks like there's also a WiFi logo on back (of course), but can anyone make out the other two logos there? And more importantly, can anyone wait for this to launch?

Update: It's been proposed that one of the logos might be for DLNA, since LG's a major DLNA player -- most recently with its PlayTo service on Windows Phone 7.

lg optimus t ofc LG Optimus T budget Android phone comes to T Mobile

If this little puppy looks familiar, well, it should -- it's basically an Americanized version of the Optimus One announced earlier this year. In that regard, T-Mobile's Optimus T is a bit of an anti-myTouch -- a relatively low-end Android smartphone fit for the masses with a 3.2-inch HVGA display (touted as being fashioned of tempered glass), a 3 megapixel cam with video capture, Froyo, and Swype pre-installed. As you can see from the press shot up there, the UI isn't quite stock -- but happily, it doesn't look like LG has done anything too egregious to muck it up.

ar24gjzwslugh1ih Dell Streak gets ripped to shreds by iFixit, Blondie reportedly...

Our friends at iFixit have made short work of the Dell Streak, doing what they do best. They've torn apart everyone's favorite giant mobile phone (or is it a tiny tablet?), and found some interesting innards in the process. iFixit reports that the Streak is extremely easy to dissasemble, and inside they found a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon CPU, and cameras which they report are "similar" to those found inside the iPhone 4. There's nothing earth-shattering here, though iFixit's taken the Dell Streak teardown as an opportunity to debut a new "fixability" rating -- and you'll be happy to know that this baby has scored an 8 out of 10. Hit up the source for the full rundown.
